THE CUSTOMS LAW (2007 REVISION) THE CUSTOMS (BONDED WAREHOUSES) (APPLICATION FEES) REGULATIONS, 2010 The Customs (Bonded Warehouses) (Application Fees) Regulations, 2010 2 The Customs (Bonded Warehouses) (Application Fees) Regulations, 2010 CAYMAN ISLANDS THE CUSTOMS LAW (2007 REVISION) THE CUSTOMS (BONDED WAREHOUSES) (APPLICATION FEES) REGULATIONS, 2010 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 75(1)(aa) of the Customs Law (2007 Revision), the Governor in Cabinet makes the following Regulations - 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Bonded Warehouses) Citation (Application Fees) Regulations, 2010. 2. The fees for an application for processing of approval of a place of security Fees as a bonded warehouse or for variation of any such approval shall be as prescribed in the Schedule. SCHEDULE (Regulation 2) 1. Application for processing of approval of a place $1000.00 of security as a bonded warehouse. 2. Application for variation of approval for an existing bonded warehouse for - (a) extension of size of a bonded warehouse $500.00 (b) change in location of a bonded warehouse $500.00 (c) change of name of a bonded warehouse $250.00 (d) change in bond value amount for a bonded $250.00 warehouse (e) change of goods for a bonded warehouse $250.00 (f) change of warehouse keeper for a bonded $250.00 warehouse 3 The Customs (Bonded Warehouses) (Application Fees) Regulations, 2010 Made in Cabinet this 28th day of September, 2010.
