About this statute
This is the preamble to a ministerial order revising the 2015/2018 hunting plans and listing its legal bases. This article amends the approved shooting plans for several hunting lots, setting new maximum and minimum deer quotas for each listed lot. L’Administration de la nature et des forêts must notify certain hunting-plan changes to the affected hunting-lease holders and to regional hunting commission presidents. The order is to be published in the Official Journal of Luxembourg, and a certified copy is to be sent to the Director of the Nature and Forests Administration for execution.
