This ministerial order concerns approval of a tachograph workshop. La société nommée est agréée pour installer, étalonner, vérifier et, pour les tachygraphes numériques, activer et mettre hors service certains tachygraphes. The operations referred to in Article 1 must be carried out in the workshop of the listed branches. Only the listed technical experts may carry out these operations, and only if they have the training required by the cited annex provision. The technical manager is Mr Thierry BEFFORT, and the workshop safety officer is Mr Mario RITTER and Mr Günter Gerhard JEGER.
