Hunting opens on Thursday, 27 August, with several species-specific restrictions and start dates.

Art. 1 er . L'ouverture de la chasse est fixÃ©e au jeudi, 27 aoÃ»t prochain, sauf les exceptions et restrictions suivantes: a) la chasse Ã l'aide du chien courant n'est, permise qu'Ã partir du 15 septembre inclusivement; b) la chasse Ã la perdrix est fermÃ©e aprÃ¨s le 31 octobre; c) la chasse Ã la poule du coq des bouleaux, de mÃªme que celle au faon de chevreuil restent interdites; d) la chasse Ã la chevrette est permise Ã partir du 16 octobre jusqu'au 14 dÃ©cembre inclusivement; e) la chasse au faisan (poule et coq) n'est ouverte qu'Ã partir du 1 er octobre inclusivement. â

En temps de neige, la chasse est interdite en plaine, quelle que soit la quantitÃ© de neige qui recouvre la terre. - Pendant ce temps, la chasse reste autorisÃ©e dans les bois; de mÃªme elle reste autorisÃ©e le long des cours d'eau, sur les fleuves, dans les marais et sur les Ã©tangs, mais uniquement au gibier d'eau et de marais, le tout sans prÃ©judice du droit rÃ©servÃ© au Gouvernement par l'art. 13 de la loi sur la chasse, d'interdire complÃ¨tement la chasse en temps de neige. â
