Art. 1 er . L'expédition de tous les envois de semence de trèfle à destination de l'étranger ne pourra se faire que par voie ferrée; ces envois qui ne pourront dépasser 5000 kg. seront dirigés sur la station de Luxembourg où ils seront soumis au contrôle d'une commission spéciale. ​
