Purpose and legislative effect
“This preamble says the order keeps the construction bonus scheme in place for 1928 to address housing shortages and help workers access home ownership.”
This preamble says the order keeps the construction bonus scheme in place for 1928 to address housing shortages and help workers access home ownership. The premium and the maximum mentioned in the preceding article are increased by 500 francs for each legally dependent child under 18. Certain buyers of homes acquired after 31 December 1926 can still receive the bonus, if the home was built by a commune, company, or cooperative under the 29 May 1906 housing law.
