This article extends an existing rule: a 140,000 fr. construction-value cap also applies to certain larger buildings in communes of 5,000 inhabitants or more, if the stated timing conditions are met.

Art. 1 er . L'art. 6 de l'arrêté susdit est complété par les dispositions suivantes: 1° n°a, al. 2. -... pourvu que l'acte d'acquisition ait été documenté après le 31 décembre 1926. 2° n° c, al. 2. - La disposition qui fixe le maximum de la valeur de construction à 140.000 fr. dans les communes de 5.000 habitants et au-delà s'applique également aux constructions dont la surface bâtie excède 70 mètres carrés et qui ont été commencées en 1927, pourvu qu'un tiers au moins de la dépense totale, abstraction faite de la valeur du terrain, ait été fait en 1928. ​
