§ 1 erArt. 1 er .Provision

La disposition remplace l’alinéa visé et augmente de 2.000 fr. le maximum admissible pour chaque enfant de moins de 18 ans à charge de l’intéressé. Elle s’applique rétroactivement au 9 juillet 1929.

Art. 1 er . L'al. 3 de l'art. 5 de l'arrêté susdit est abrogé et remplacé par la disposition suivante: ​ «     Ce maximum admissible est majoré de 2.000 fr. pour chaque enfant âgé de moins de 18 ans accomplis que l'intéressé a légalement à sa charge ​ ​ ​ ​ ​      » . Cette disposition aura effet rétroactif au 9 juillet 1929. ​
