Vor der Inbetriebnahme eines neu eingetragenen Kraftfahrzeuges, ist der KÃ¤ufer gehalten, wenigstens die ZwÃ¶lftel zu zahlen, die den noch nicht verflossenen Monaten des angefangenen Kalendervierteljahres entprechen ; fÃ¼r jeden begonnenen Monat wird ein ZwÃ¶lftel der jÃ¤hrlichen Taxe erhoben.
