This is the preamble to a grand-ducal order about postal-free correspondence for the Union of Luxembourg women against alcoholism. The Union des femmes luxembourgeoises contre l'alcoolisme is granted free postage for certain printed materials and for correspondence among board members, mayors, and district commissioners.
