Statute overview

About this statute

This preamble says the Grand-Ducal decree reorganizes the Office of Distribution and centralizes the purchase and distribution of provisions for the State. The reserved powers from the 27 July 1915 order are to be exercised by the Minister of State, President of the Government, instead of the Director General of the Interior. The public service formerly called “Office de répartition” will continue operating under the name “Office d'achat et de répartition.” L'Office d'achat et de répartition must carry out the functions previously assigned to the Office de répartition, handle supply-related matters, make necessary purchases and contracts, and distribute provisions for the State, under government principles and ministerial supervision.
