Statute overview

About this statute

This preamble says the grand-ducal order is made under article 59 of the law of 29 January 1931 about the pension fund for private employees. For the first electoral period, the commission has 24 full members: 12 elected from among the insured persons and 12 from among the insured persons’ employers. Members are elected by mail under a relative-majority rule. The election must be held separately for employer delegates and insured-person delegates. The provision divides insured persons and employers into four groups and gives Group I six effective members on each side, plus the same number of substitutes.
