Statute overview
About this statute
This grand-ducal order concerns making the export of scrap metal and certain Belgian wood free. L’exportation de certains déchets ou objets métalliques n’est plus soumise à licence. This article abolishes the export-licence requirement for specified Belgian-origin woods, but only to the extent that the 26 October 1925 Grand-Ducal Decree imposed that requirement. The Director General of public works, commerce and industry is responsible for carrying out this order, which takes effect on the day it is published in the Memorial.
