This is the preamble to a Grand-Ducal order implementing article 28 of the 7 June 1937 law on the legal regulation of employment contracts for private employees. Les actions judiciaires doivent être introduites par simple requête écrite, déposée en double exemplaire au greffe de la justice de paix compétent. A request must include the parties’ names, professions, domiciles and capacities, the object of the request and a brief statement of the grounds, and it must be signed; if the requester does not live in the Grand Duchy, it must also include an elected domicile there. The clerk must record the filing date of the initiating request, send one copy to the defendant within 48 hours by registered letter, and include the summons to appear before the arbitral tribunal. Le président du tribunal arbitral doit faire convoquer les délégués assesseurs et les parties au moins huit jours francs avant l’audience, et le greffier doit utiliser une lettre recommandée.
