Statute overview

About this statute

This is the preamble to a Grand-Ducal Order about employee delegations. Enterprises regularly employing at least 15 employees must set up an employee delegation. La délégation doit donner son avis sur le règlement de service, surveiller son exécution et accomplir plusieurs tâches au profit des employés. Employees elect a delegation by secret ballot, and the delegation size changes based on workforce size. Employees aged 21 or older may be members of the employee delegation if they were continuously employed during the year before the election; the continuous-service شرط does not apply to a newly created business under one year old.
