Statute overview
About this statute
This preamble introduces a grand-ducal order about requiring indigenous rye to be mixed into foreign barley and maize intended for cattle feed. Imported barley, maize, and their derivatives used in Luxembourg for animal feed must contain a certain percentage of native rye. The application and control procedures are to be set by ministerial order. Breaches of this order are punishable by the penalties set out in article 2 of the law of 27 December 1937. The Agriculture Minister is responsible for carrying out this order, and the order must be published in the Mémorial.
