Statute overview

About this statute

This preamble introduces a Grand-Ducal decree about extending the terms of office of certain assessors. The mandates of certain tribunal assessors are extended until 1 November 1945, if the holders still meet eligibility conditions and are not compromised by collaboration with the enemy. If too few assessors are present to form the tribunal, substitute assessors may be appointed for the transitional period by the Minister of Labour and Social Welfare. Tribunal arbitrators in social insurance must carry out their functions at the social insurance arbitration council, and the Labour and Social Welfare Minister designates employer and worker members of the higher council on proposal of the social institutions inspection. The Labour and Social Welfare Minister is responsible for carrying out this order, which takes effect on the day it is published in the Mémorial.
