Statute overview

About this statute

This preamble says fishing permits should be granted only to people who did not make themselves unworthy through their political attitude during the occupation. This article amends the fishing law by adding a new category of persons: those convicted of a crime or offense against the external security of the State. District commissioner decisions on granting or refusing a fishing permit may be appealed to the Minister of Epuration. The Minister of the Interior and of the Epuration is responsible for carrying out this order, and the order takes effect on the day it is published in the Memorial.
