This article says the present order applies to all Luxembourg bearer securities covered by the referenced 1944 Grand-Ducal Order. Certain people may ask for a title to be removed from the opposition list, but the request must be sent to the Minister of Finance before 1 April 1953. The Minister decides after receiving advice, must give reasons, must notify the claimant by registered mail, and the claimant may appeal within one month. The issuing body must, on request of the Minister of Finance, deliver replacement securities to the State Treasury between 1 April 1953 and 31 December 1953. The Minister may also ask for the State’s rights to be entered in the register of registered shares or bonds instead of receiving a bearer security.
