About this statute

This grand-ducal order concerns the recall of certain men who completed active military service in 1950, 1951, and 1952 and were not recalled in August or September 1953, as well as the officers and non-commissioned officers assigned to oversee them. Certain reservists and availability-callups are to be recalled under arms for about one month between December 1953 and April 1954. The Chief of Staff is empowered to designate the persons to be recalled and to set the dates of their recall. The two ministers are responsible for carrying out this order, and it takes effect on the day it is published in the Mémorial.
