Statute overview

About this statute

This ministerial order announces new rules for the procedure for elections of worker delegations in industrial undertakings. The enterprise head must organize and direct elections for worker delegations, or appoint a delegate to do so. The company head or their delegate must prepare electoral lists for each election. The electoral lists must be deposited for inspection at least 15 days before the election, and objections must be filed within 3 days of the deposit. The enterprise chief or delegate decides on objections to electoral lists, after hearing the parties, and must notify claimants within eight days after the lists are filed.
