Statute overview

About this statute

This excerpt is the preamble to a ministerial order on controlling Luxembourg wines intended for export. From publication, each shipment of Luxembourg-origin wine, sparkling wine, or grape juice sent abroad must be accompanied by an origin certificate. This article creates an exception for isolated shipments that do not exceed 20 litres. Breach of this order’s rules is punished under the penalties set by Article 29, quarto, of the law of 24 July 1909.
