About this statute

This preamble introduces a ministerial order about which students may be temporarily authorized to perform certain aide-soignant duties during the Covid-19 context. Certain third-year aide-soignant students in initial training, aged 18 or over and listed in Annex 1, may temporarily perform aide-soignant duties, except acts done on medical prescription or while assisting other health professionals. Certain nursing students are temporarily allowed to perform aide-soignant duties. Des étudiants en radiologie médicale de 1re, 2e et 3e année peuvent temporairement exercer des fonctions d’aide-soignant, sauf pour certains actes réservés. Some midwifery students listed in Annex 4 may temporarily exercise aide-soignant duties until 29 May 2020.
