Statute overview

About this statute

This preamble says the law concerns examinations for certain young people who finished, or will finish, academic studies before or during the current school year. Certain law and medicine students may, if they ask, be examined only on the subjects set by the rules in force before the later law and are exempt from the candidacy exam. Young people covered by articles 1 and 2 may be exempted from the maturity exam if they ask for it.
