This preamble identifies the law and states that it is ordained and promulgated. La communauté des soeurs hospitalières de Sainte-Elisabeth à Luxembourg peut se constituer en corporation religieuse jouissant des droits civils, si ses statuts sont approuvés par Nous. This community may serve public hospices, prisons, detention houses, asylums, and other establishments assigned to it by the Government or a commune. It may also open or serve hospices, refuges, pensions, and orphanages, and carry out other charitable works within its means.
