About this statute
This is the preamble of the law. It states that the Grand Duke, after hearing the Council of State and with the assent of the Chamber of Deputies, orders the law. The listed roads and streets are to be maintained at State expense. L’État ne peut reprendre ces chemins que si les communes concernées acceptent d’abandonner les arbres, fruits et autres produits liés à ces voies. The laws and regulations on public roads apply to the roads and streets listed in Article 1. L’État and the interested communes share the cost of the necessary land acquisitions for specified road improvements and new connecting road works, half each.
