Statute overview

About this statute

This provision is the preamble and chapter outline of a 1927 Luxembourg law about awarding grades in veterinary medicine and pharmacy and changing the title of people authorized to practice veterinary medicine and dentistry. Exams are created for awarding degrees and titles in veterinary medicine and pharmacy. The Government may grant a dispensation from all or part of an exam, and from waiting periods between consecutive tests, for someone who already earned a grade or title and seeks another one in a different order of studies. Les titres et grades obtenus à l’étranger ne donnent pas de droit dans le Grand-Duché; certaines personnes peuvent toutefois être admises aux examens correspondants. The Government grants the dispensations provided for in Articles 2 and 3, after receiving the advice of the Medical College.
