About this statute

This law authorizes the Government to issue long-term loans in several tranches up to a total of 1 billion francs. Le Gouvernement peut contracter plusieurs emprunts à long terme pour le compte de l’État, dans la limite d’un montant global de 1.000.000.000 francs. The loan’s terms, repayment conditions, interest rate, bond form and denomination, subscription and coupon payment timing/method, and any other loan conditions are to be set by ministerial order.
