This is the preamble to a 24 December 1977 law extending the mandates of employee delegates and members of joint company committees. Certain worker delegations renewed in 1975 and later must be fully renewed by 31 December 1979, and the elected delegates’ terms continue until that renewal happens. Certain employee delegations renewed in 1974 and later must be fully renewed by 31 December 1979, and the elected delegates’ term is extended until that renewal happens. If a mixed enterprise committee member’s mandate would expire before the staff delegations are renewed, the mandate is extended until the committee is renewed.
