About this statute

This law authorizes the Government to extend the Court of Justice building at Kirchberg and to transfer certain land rights by mutual agreement. The Government is authorized to have a new building built at Kirchberg as an extension of the Court of Justice of the European Communities, including surrounding site works. The cost of the works referred to in the preceding article must not exceed 1,320,000,000 francs, subject to legal price increases until completion. The article authorizes a transfer by agreement of a surface right and a tréfonds right for the land needed to build the building referred to in Article 1.
