Statute overview

About this statute

This provision is the preamble to a Luxembourg law on the commercialisation of chemical substances used for therapeutic purposes. Certain chemical substances may be imported, marketed, or exported only under a general authorization issued by the Minister of Health. Certain officers may investigate offences under this law, and health inspection doctors and pharmacists-inspectors get specified powers while supervising trade in the listed substances.
