About this statute

The law authorizes the Government to issue one or more loans up to a total of 3 billion francs, as needed. The Government is authorized to issue a loan, as needed, in one or more tranches, up to a total of three billion francs. The proceeds of one or more tranches of the loan are to be credited to the roads fund as revenue, for a total amount of 2 billion francs. A ministerial regulation will set the loan’s issuance terms, and it may exempt the loan, partly or fully, from present and future taxes on principal and interest.
