Statute overview

About this statute

This preamble identifies the law as the 27 July 1997 law reorganizing the prison administration and records its adoption formulas. This article assigns supervision and execution tasks to the State Prosecutor General, and gives juvenile-measure and material-execution competences to the youth court/judge and the State Prosecutor. The State Prosecutor General may delegate the exercise of the duties from the preceding article to a public prosecutor’s office magistrate, or if needed, to a member of one of the public prosecutor’s offices.
