This article amends the judicial organisation law by adding magistrates who carried out a mediation to article 64-1 and by inserting “service de médiation” after “service d’aide aux victimes” in article 77. This article replaces article 90-9 of the social security code and refers to volunteer activity for approved social services and volunteer mediation.
