Statute overview

About this statute

This provision is the preamble to a law that amends two earlier laws: one on judicial attachés and one on the legal profession. Certain Luxembourg nationals with the judicial stage exam diploma may be called to assist the Ministry of Justice, penitentiary administrations, courts, and prosecutors, as attaché de justice.
