This is the preamble to a Luxembourg law of 8 March 2002 amending the law on legal public holidays. This article replaces Article 3 of the amended law on legal public holidays with new wording. Si un jour férié tombe un dimanche, les personnes visées ont droit à un jour de congé compensatoire. If a public holiday falls on a Sunday, the worker is entitled to the holiday indemnities plus the salary or indemnity increase set by the referenced rule.
