This is the preamble to a law creating a public establishment for carrying out State equipment works at Belval-Ouest. The establishment is run by a board of directors with up to 13 members, including at least one representative of the public-works minister. Certain officials who supervise, control, or handle payments for the establishment cannot become board members.
