Statute overview

About this statute

This is the preamble of a Luxembourg law modifying the law of 29 May 2009 on a temporary guarantee regime for economic recovery. This article amends an earlier law by deleting one point, renumbering another point, and replacing the definition of “small and medium-sized enterprises.” This article changes Article 2 of the same law by replacing the date “before 31 December 2010” with “before 31 December 2011”. This article changes Article 4(2) by replacing one time reference with a new period: the two financial years before the request year and the current financial year. The guarantee may cover investment loans and working-capital loans for small and medium-sized enterprises, but for large enterprises it may cover only investment loans.
