About this statute

This provision is the preamble to a law authorizing the Government to participate in financing works for extending and modernizing the SEBES treatment station. The Government is authorized to help finance works needed to extend and modernize the SEBES drinking-water treatment station at the new site in Eschdorf. The State’s spending for the project may not exceed EUR 83,000,000, and its participation rate may not exceed 50% of works costs. The expenses referred to in Article 2 are charged to the State budget under the investment appropriations for the State’s extraordinary participation in funding SEBES investment expenses.
