By exception to article 3(5) of the 2019 law on mutual societies, the mutual’s approval is not to be suspended when this law is applied. La mutuelle doit convoquer son assemblée générale au plus tard le 31 décembre 2020. Certain reports must be submitted to the minister responsible for Social Security by 31 December 2020.
