This preamble identifies the law and states that the State is authorized to participate in financing housing development for the project “An der Schmëtt”. Spending for the works covered by Article 1(1) must not exceed EUR 108,000,000. The costs of carrying out Article 1 are charged to the credits of the special housing development support fund.
