Statute overview

About this statute

Preamble to the law of 14 July 2023 amending the 15 July 2022 law on aid for enterprises hit by energy price increases caused by Russia’s aggression against Ukraine. Les associations sans but lucratif actives au Luxembourg peuvent être éligibles à l’aide visée à l’article 4 bis, sous les conditions prévues. This article amends another article of the same law by updating several date references and inserting the words “and transition” in one phrase. The aid must not make the applicant’s EBITDA exceed 70% of its average monthly 2021 EBITDA, and if 2021 EBITDA was negative, it must not exceed 0, except in the case referred to in paragraph 3, subparagraph 1, point 1(a). This article changes how eligible energy costs are calculated and sets a cap for aid to non-profit associations.
