About this statute
This is the preamble to a law about constructing extensions of the tramway line in Luxembourg. The Government is authorized to carry out the Luxembourg tram line extensions described in the article. Les dépenses liées au projet ne peuvent pas dépasser 90 000 000 euros hors TVA, sauf hausses légales, et le montant est ajusté semestriellement selon l’indice des prix de la construction. The expenses are charged to the appropriations of the Ministry of Mobility and Public Works. The works referred to in Article 1 are declared to be of public utility.
