Le Gouvernement peut conclure un contrat entre l’État et la Société nationale des chemins de fer luxembourgeois pour le transport de voyageurs par autobus, pour une durée maximale de dix ans. L’État’s payment burden for the bus public transport service may not exceed EUR 692,123,000 incl. tax for 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2034, and the amount is to be adjusted for cost-of-living changes. Expenses from carrying out Article 1 are paid from the annual budget credit for public bus transport in the Ministry of Mobility and Public Works.
