This article authorizes the creation and operation of a database of legal entities subject to the subscription tax, for the Administration of Enregistrement et des Domaines. La banque de données visée à l’article 1er doit être inscrite au répertoire national des banques de données. The authorization referred to in Article 1 expires on 31 December 1996. Le Président du Gouvernement, le Ministre d'Etat, le Ministre des Finances et le Ministre de la Justice doivent exécuter ce règlement chacun pour ce qui le concerne.
