This regulation sets a section of the Dudelange bypass road for which certain conditions in the cited 1967 road law do not apply. For the Dudelange ring road, the conditions in article 3 and article 4(1) to (4) of the modified law of 16 August 1967 do not apply between km 0.000 and 0.360. Constructions or works covered by this article must be at least 10 meters from the public-domain boundary, unless they are for the State or covered by Article 6(4) of the modified law of 16 August 1967. The Minister of Public Works is responsible for carrying out this order, and the order will be published in the Mémorial.
