About this statute
This preamble identifies the regulation and lists the legal bases and prior opinions it relies on. The provision authorizes the creation and operation of a nominative database called “mémoire collective audiovisuelle” for the Ministry of Cultural Affairs. The database referred to in Article 1 must be entered in the national register of databases. At their request, any individual and any non-profit organization may receive all or part of the data recorded in the named audiovisual collective memory database. The authorization under Article 1 expires on 31 December 1995.
