This preamble says the regulation amends a 1987 Grand-Ducal regulation about reimbursement of registration and transcription duties related to family farm transfers and the acquisition of agricultural land and movable goods. This article replaces the annex of the 31 July 1987 Grand-Ducal Regulation with the annex of the present regulation. The annex’s maximum prices apply to documents for installing young farmers, taking over family farms, and acquiring movable or immovable property for agricultural use, for acts concluded from 1 July 1991. The Agriculture/Viticulture/Rural Development Minister and the Finance Minister are responsible for carrying out this regulation, which will be published in the Mémorial.
