Statute overview
About this statute
This preamble introduces the Grand-Ducal regulation and lists the legal bases and procedural references for it. During the stage, the candidate is trained, works in the administration, and must submit a memory to the examination commission at least 15 days before the final admission exam. At the end of the stage, the candidate must take a definitive admission exam. A candidate who failed the admission exam once may, on request and if the two memo-related marks are sufficient, be excused from presenting and defending a new memo. La commission doit rédiger un procès-verbal de ses opérations, le faire signer par tous les membres du jury et le soumettre au ministre avec toutes les questions et réponses de l’examen écrit.
