Statute overview

About this statute

This is the preamble to a grand-ducal regulation about road traffic regulation and signage on parts of RN 7 and the Ettelbruck bypass during construction works. During the construction works for the Ingeldorf interchange, traffic on part of the RN 7 is narrowed, speed is progressively limited to 90, 60 and 40 km/h, and drivers of motor vehicles are forbidden to overtake most other motor vehicles. During the works, traffic on the Ettelbruck bypass is narrowed, the slow lane is closed to traffic except for contractors’ trucks exiting the site, the speed limit is 60 km/h, and overtaking is forbidden for motor vehicle drivers. Obstacles created by the execution of works must be signaled. Violations of this regulation are punished under the amended Article 7 of the law of 14 February 1955 on road traffic regulation.
